Remove the mufflers from their hangers. I found it makes it easier to remove the exhaust

Make the position or the driveline then remove the 19mm nuts. Leave the transmission mount attached to the car, it will be the last bollts you will remove.

Remove the steering column from the rack. I had to remove the lower shaft from under the dash and was then able to push that section into the cabin enough for the exhaust manifold to clear.

This is the part you will more than likely need. Quite often the black plastic piece that locks the tube in will break, from being over 20 years old and the heat cycles. If it does break you will only need to replace the black plastic piece.
