This is my lovely '96 XK8 just south of Goathland alongside the North York Moors Railway. Passing by in the background is an LMS Stanier 5MT, better known as a 'black 5'.

This is my 2002, 3.2 XJ8 sport on her first outing earlier this year. She's in good condition following the usual (for the UK) rust repairs to the front wings and paint correction. She's partnered in the garage with my '96 x100 in Carnival Red but I only tend to keep one of them licensed for use on the road at any time. Currently, it's the XK8's turn, but after servicing the limo today and fitting a new set of plugs, I think that a swap may be in order next month. The image was taken in January

And here, for comparison, is a spare, unmodified Corsa resist seal above the original items on my XK8. I've got to say, I did get some funny looks walking around the car park at Sainsbury's measuring window seals on various 3dr superminis!

Not quite a perfect fit yet, but with a bit of skill and more attention to detail, I reckon it's a fair solution.
