They said the leak is coming from the water pump. He was supposed to put 2 gaskets on the oil cooler pipe and connecting to the oil cooler pipe that is between the Water Pump and Manifold. Should I ask that he transfers the 179.50 to the flange replacement? That now needs to be done?
