Again, this is from 97 ym book but diagram #3 shows two matching parts, oem #mna3504ab , quantity 4 (4 total, 2 each side) but could absolutely be replaced with an elongated bushing meant to replace two bushings with one.

One of my new Dorman brand replacement rear sway bar end links, if you look closely, the middle groove in the rubber bushing is of slightly smaller diameter, which I believe is supposed to be pressed into the control arm mount thus leaving equal portions of rubber bushing both above and below mount, as opposed to using a two piece setup.
