Info below as posted by Jfenley which I've made into a post of its own and FAQ'd....thanks for the post Jfenley.
This is the service manual for your vehicle and the information is located in it.
Here are the instructions
First remove all the screws to the "under tray"
Now bag those loose bolts and remove the tray
Next remove the "Wheel Arch Liner" bolt
Located just inside, toward the front, is a bolt that holds the bumper on the side. Un bolt this one bolt.
If you want to Completely remove the bumper Disconnect the Head Lamp wiring harness
If you are equipped with Head Lamp Washers then also disconnect
Move the washer forward
Removing the Washer
NOW for the final bolts and removal
Pop side loose
This is very easy to remove. Try not to "Flex" the bumper too much or you will end up causing minor flaws in the clear coat and it will later begin to chip off or peel up.
I do not bother removing the wheel arch liner. I gently flex it out enough to get my hand and wrench to the side capturing bolt. There are two bolts in this area, be sure to un-screw the correct bolt.
NOTE: This is how I remove my bumper. JTIS will do it a little differently.
