2010 XFR injector and wiring harness failure
I bought a CPO 2010 XFR with 28k miles 3 weeks ago. Day after I bought it I got a flashing CEL and restricted performance warning. It was showing code p0303 for a misfire on the 3rd cylinder. It took a week but the dealer replaced the injector and all was fine. On Saturday the flashing CEL came back with a p0203 code for malfunctioning injector wiring. Another week at the dealer and they replaced the entire engine wiring harness. its been fine since i picked it up yesterday.
Having a car in the service bay 2 of the first 3 weeks I owned it was a bit annoying but the guys at Cincinnati Jaguar went out of their way to minimize the inconvenience.
Wanted to see if anyone else had experienced this or if I should chalk it up to a random streak of bad luck. I have 3 more years on the warranty and rarely keep cars for more than 2 years but I traded in my Audi S6 for the XFR because I was growing tired of weekly trips to the dealer.

2008 XF SV8 mil light code P0203
Hi, can anyone help me?
My Jaguar had a Trans fault when hot, it's a 5 speed ZF and would go into limp mode when hot, that is quite common as the bushes fail at about 100k km, this causes a slip and throws a code, I fitted a bush kit and gaskets, with a steel pan and replaceable filter, and it was fine trans wise. However I now have a P0203 fault code that is reoccurring every day or so, I'm not sure if it was there before as I bought the car with it's trans fault (I'm a retired Auto Trans specialist), the scanner initially said air temp sensor on bank 2, and no 3 injector. I removed both temp sensor/flow meters and cleaned them, I found no fault with an ohm meter and that fault has not returned, but I keep getting no 3 injector open/shorted, and it was missing under heavy load, and it felt like a plug miss. I removed the NGK plugs and found they were the wrong type for my engine, and had a huge gap, the code went away for 3 days after I fitted the new Bosch plugs, but the check engine light returned with no3 injector code. these injectors seldom fail so I visited the dealer, he said the same but the scanner showed an injector fault so I better have them out for a look.
After this. I spent 2 days removing the supercharger and intercoolers to get at the injectors, I took them to a Dynamometer equipped tune up shop with a injector cleaning and testing machine, and of course they found no fault.
When I finally got the supercharger off (if the designers had to work on them they would not be built like they are) I found the 3mm plastic pipes were extremely brittle and broke if moved at all, and the PCV breather convoluted hose was the same, I'm about to reassemble this thing with new quality nylon hose from my hydraulic supplier, and think the vacuum leaks may be the issue, I wondered if anyone else had this problem, or suggestions while it's in bits.

I'm in the process of changing my spark plugs which are right next to the injectors and can tell you after 10 years, all of the connectors/harnesses locking mechanism broke off. Seems jag just use off the shelf items. Funny thing is I've never had to replace any connectors on my 1997 Silverado.
