Default Power radar from dash light circuit????

Anyone know if I can tap into the dash lights circuit behind the instrument panel to power my ValentineOne radar?

You should find a power supply in the glove box, would be better than ripping the dash out.

The dash light circuit is dimmer controlled and does not like overloads...do not tap into that.

Use the dedicated circuit behind the glove box or tap into the cigarette lighter wires behind the floor console. For the glove box circuit switched operation, you will probably need to add the auxiliary power relay which is missing in the trunk fusebox.
