Just a quick question (since my cat is at the shop having the tensioners, water pump, spark plugs and coils being upgraded):

I have a base level 2000 XJ8 with the base level stereo head unit. No CDC. Just wondering if the car was pre-wired for the CDC and they taped back the cable for it in the trunk? I have obtained a used CDC (on its way from the vendor), mount, and cover, and would like to install so I can also install the T605 interface/bluetooth adapter to feed decent audio from my iDevices to the car.
