Love the car, hate the headunit. The 2012 headunit doesn't look too bad, has anyone/Jaguar looked into an upgrade or anything to replace this terrible interface?

 

I know what you mean by the 2011 and earlier units since that was part of the reason why I got a 2012. I didn't regard earlier years as terrible but I just loved the 2012 one a whole lot better. That said, I'm not sure if any head unit upgrade will come out since so much of the interior functionality is controlled through it. Seat heating/cooling, phone, NAV, clock, trip meter, and even HVAC to some extent all go through it. I know on other cars you could get an aftermarket module to bring back some of the door chimes but trip meter and HVAC controls are another story...
