My dad has been driving this car for the last week and he is very happy with the sound quality of the satellite radio. I've used it with mp3s on a 16Gb card in the usb and the quality is very good. The fidelity is not perfect, but the switched adapter eliminates radio broadcast interference.

You don't even have to set the adapter to a clear station. I have it set to one of our favorite stations and when the adapter switches off I hear my radio station.

Overall, I'm very pleased, especially for the price and the fact that it is an FM adapter.
