Hello! I just purchased an '06 STR and discovered that the Sirius satellite unit is missing the remote. The dealer is going to get one for me, but in the mean time, I am unable to even power the unit on or do anything with it. I don't have a manual for the unit, but I suspect there are more problems than just the missing remote.

Do you know where I can get a copy of the manual for it? Should I be able to use the unit without the remote? What should I look for to trouble shoot this thing? Where would the fuse for the power be located if the dealer installed this option?

Any help would be appreciated!

Never Mind...

I was able to locate a copy of the installation instructions. That helped me track down the problem: the unit was unplugged in the trunk.

Fixed now!
