Screen display of iphone playlist 2008 XK

Have purchased new-to-me 2008 XK Convertible, would like to view iphone playlist on dash display screen. Called Crutchfield and they aren't familiar with options that are available for this make/model. Any guidance from forum members would be appreciated.

Have you seen or heard of the Jaguar's Audio Control Module (ACM)???? From what I read it retro fits iPOD like devices to the XK's Nav/Audio system. It's expensive about $650 dealer installed.

With all the trouble I'm having with the LCD screen locking for no known and unfixable reason I'm not going to add anything new to my Jag's electrical system.

Okay,

Time to whine. (I'm in a bad mood anyway).

If I want, I can plug an IPOD into the aux jack of my 2006 Land Rover, my 2007 Ford pick-up, and my (former) 2008 Pontiac....

No aux jack in my $90,000.00 (when new) 2008 Jaguar? Instead they want to charge me $650.00 for the "module"?
