I have an 03 s-type with the stock cd player in it. I wanted to know if the plugs on the back of my stock cd player were the same as the stock radio with a tape player? There is one i am looking to buy to replace my cd player but i needed to know if i could just swap it out without any difficulties? Any help would be appreciated. The reason for the tape player is to use my ipod, i don't have the money for an ACM but listening to the ipod through the fm transmitter is really bothersome.

 

By the way i have no navigation and the cd player does not work but i love the stock look of my car and don't want an aftermarket headunit
