What are these?
I have a 2005 S-Type 3.0 with the navigation/Bluetooth systems.
I am wondering about some little do-dads.
1. Over the driving position and close to the overhead console is a small module...maybe an inch long, halfinch wide and it is surface mounted so it sticks down from the headliner about a half inch.
2. In the overhead console are two small circular "grills", one on each side. These are set in to the console near the top of the windshield.
3. On the fascia above the touch-screen there is a small grill, sort of triangular in shape.
What are these items?
Also, 3 buttons in the overhead console for garage openers (why 3?). Centered on the middle one of these is a yellow or orange LED that is lit. What is this supposed to tell me?
The book is silent on all of these items so far as I can tell. If not silent....obscure.
Thanks.

1. Most likely the microphone for the Bluetooth phone system. (Should be explained in the owner's manual)
2. Sensors to locate someone sitting in the seat of that position.
3. One of the sensors to measure ambient internal temperature for the HVAC system.
You can program each button for individual remotes and/or Homelink systems. All cars I have seen with the Homelink system has three.(Should be explained in the owner's manual)
