Default 03 X-type ISO harness Aftermarket Deck install

Ok I have my Din kit and my antenna adapters, now the ISO harness http://www.nexxia.co.uk/Car_Stereo_f...s/PC2-81-4.jpg
Now on other cars it has the wires without a harness attached so I can wire it to the aftermarket deck. Am I missing a harness? Or do I splice anything into the ISO? Please help the radio is driving me nuts.

Something doesn't look right there. Most aftermarket radios do not have a harness - just loose wires hanging off the back of the radio. Looks like you will need something to connect to the cars harness and then there should be loose wires from that harness that can be connected to the loose wires hanging off the after market radio.

the ends are what go into the back of the deck now i figured it out I could either make sure it plugs in the back of the aftermarket deck. Or I could cut off the ends and wire it from there.....

Did you cut off theharness or are there loose ends? If you are going to wire it up, just make sure that none of the wires get crossed and all intended wires go to their respective counter part.
