It is less than 2km off the best motorcycle road around, at the moment I ride accross Brisbane to get there, soon I will be riding accross a range to get to Brisbane.

Well thats cool now after riding the mower for "4 hours" you at least won't have to far to go to ride the bike. I'm just being a smart azz. Looks like a great place. Curiosity has gotten the better of me. What the heck is the raised building, with what looks like 1/2 of an "A" frame? Which I would use to pull engines, or lift stuff way off the ground, so you could back a truck under it, etc??? Just curious.

But it will be first thing to go, that is where the shed will be.

Planning stage. 19x9 m with 3x9m mezzanine. Doors be will different, 1 big front door and 2 side doors.
This plan was already approved by council for the seller of the property so saves me about 6 weeks in the building process. Moving the doors makes no difference to the building approval or relaxation permits.

Should make a fine "Shed" as you call them. I'd call it a "garage", That is until my wife told me mine was a "Shop" and not a "garage". I stood corrected LOL!
I have 2 Big doors each 18'x 8' and a 36" wide pass through door on the long side. My measurements are all inches, and feet. But are fairly close to what yours will be. Makes for a damn nice "Shop" or "Shed" Good Luck with it. Looks Great.

I won't be the only one to miss reversing out of that garage blind and getting it wrong. Not so bad when it's dry, but a wheel or two on the grass in the rain can get messy.
I only ever got it wrong once but after a week of rain and the front wheel dropped off the drive and dug a trench all the way down while the front bumper dragged on the concrete. (lucky no one was around to snap a pic)

Mine is only slightly over 6 x 3 metres BUT Australia is 32 times the size of the UK. Are you SURE you're using all that space effectively?
I liked the look of the new place when you first posted the photos. With the new shed it'll be superb ....... and flat!
