Will start at the Launching Place hotel car park, then winds out through the forest past Gladysdale, Powelltown and Neerim South. About a one hour run, through some nice country.
Please respond if you would like to come along. A working Jaguar is not required, these runs are mainly social events although the odd car related conversation has been known to break out.

Reason: update starter list
So, I have a booking at the destination winery and would like to confirm numbers so I can give back seats if I have been to ambitious. The place is casual Tapas style eating.
Would you please confirm that you will still be going and also numbers.
I will PM the people already registered in case some arent frequent visitors.
Once again, everyone and anyone with an interest is welcome to come along.
Thanks for your interest Nigel. Come along whenever the planets line up, understand about real life getting in the way, we also lost Ken and Linda this time around with other commitments.
Staring list update:
Yarpos - 2 (Steve and Sandra)
Jagent - 2 (Tony and June)
MikeyB10 - 2 (Mike and Sophie)
PeterG19 - 2 (Peter and Deb)
Ive been waiting for restaurant to confirm the latest changes before finalising this run.
We have 5 cars and 12 people signed up for April 10.
Meeting point is the car park of the Launching Place Hotel on the Warburton Highway near Don Road. Just beyond the eastern end of the car park is a general store where coffee (or a coffee like substance) is normally available.
Gather there about 10:30ish with a goal to leave at 11AM. Its about an hours run out through Powelltown and the forest to the restaurant. The address of the restaurant is 570 Buln Buln Rd, Drouin East VIC 3818. I will PM everyone my mobile number in case of last minute issues. The booking is for noon.
Look forward to both catching up and meeting some new people
Thanks all for coming along today. Very nice food out in the rolling hills at the start of Gippsland, with lots of chatting around the table. Great place of you like tapas style eating.
Here are a couple of pics featuring Pete's XKR his is the new car in the group :-) Mark is missing as they had to get going.
Hope to see you all again through the year. Please post any ideas you have for runs. I have a post at the moment re Historic Winton, am thinking about a winter run to this place http://www.tatongtavern.com/ and I think Sofie has an idea for a run to the water somewhere to get some different style pics.
Thanks everyone for another great day out, and to Steve for putting in all the organizing work once again. Terrific fun, chat & food as usual, all at the end of a very pleasant cruise. I can't add any different pics, funnily enough mine look the same as those above!
We'd endorse Tatong Tavern as a good destination for a winter run, it's been a while since we were last there but I imagine it's still good - lots of character and good food. Looking forward to it already!
