Default Jag XFR new owner, Edmonton, AB

New Jag owner from Edmonton AB. Traded in my Stage 2 B8.5 Audi S4 and bought a 2013 XFR with an extended warranty.

Test drove the car and fell in love with the engine. The car felt solid and no weird sound. I believe the car c/w aftermarket exhaust from the previous owner and it does sound good. A big plus is the car come with an extra winter set rubber+rim lol. Save me at least 2k.
I know it's not recommended to have an RWD car in Alberta winter season, but I had owned another RWD car so I think I should be OK.

Haven't taken possession of the car yet, the dealer is fixing the paint and replacing the front windshield with a brand new one (from the factory). Just curious to ask you guys, when I test drove the car, on the dashboard mini display, I didn't find a way to change it to show me the speed,
and also the huge centre clock is the only display option? Do I change it through the touch screen setting or what..? Outdated user interface in that model year.

Thanks in advance.
Adam

Congrats on the car and welcome to the forum.

To change the display (center, digital in between the two analog gauges) in the instrument cluster, you simply push the chrome button on the end of the left stalk (turn signal one). There's a button on the end that will allow you to toggle between, trip and odometer, and other data, but eventually you will see speed.

As for the clock in that same display, unfortunately you can not change it.

When you get the car, make sure you read the owner's manual, it will be tremendously helpful.

Enjoy the car.
