There's a place called wrenchmonkey.ca that seems to have a good selection and prices for Jaguar parts.

I've posed the question several times and never gotten a clear answer. Most times it's not that they won't deal with or ship to Canada, it's an insistence on using courier services like UPS or FedEx (vs. postal service) who each charge a mandatory and exorbitant customs handling fee that can exceed the value of the item itself. A $30 minimum is not unusual.

Smarter US vendors will use the US Postal service upon request who hand off to Canada Post at the border. If and only if there is duty and taxes due, the handling fee is $5.

Makes quite difference.
