This is definitely LAST time I will ever buy a Jaguar. Car itself is great but their dealers are horrendous to deal with, especially Budd's in Oakville. During my last service in warranty, I asked them to check everything since a repair out of warranty would be expensive. After I got the car back, i stored it for winter. Took it out in spring and guess what, steering rack broke within 100 km of driving it. Took it to Budds to ask them how they missed it, and they said its not their problem and I would have to pay SIX THOUSAND to fix the steering rack. I took it to my personal mechanic who works on Jaguars and he said theres no way they could have missed it if they did a thorough inspection. He also pointed out my rear tires wear worn out and moments away from causing major damage to the car. Budds had neglected to tell me this as well. My family has 2 Jaguars and 1 Land Rover but this was definitely the worst experience of my life. We will never buy a Jaguar after this and are in process of selling all three and upgrading to Mercedes. Mercedes Benz customer service is beyond excellent!
