Default Time for a Jag meet - Spring is here

Hi all,
just wondered if there were any plans for any meets in the near future?

Anything planned, any organised events in the offing?

I am going to be organizing some ongoing meets and scenic driving events again this year for Jaguar owners in the Toronto area...

Although my jag is still wrapped up tight in storage, and winter has barely started to lift around here... will be a few more weeks still before all the snow banks clear, the roads are cleaned, and the pot holes filled...

Stay tuned guys!

As a matter of fact, there is something you could do.

TURN UP THE GODDAMN HEAT!

MY XK8 is still in deep hibernation behind a 3-foot wall of snow that fell/got shoveled off my shed roof, and I am still apologizing to my X-Type shivering in the driveway every time I walk past it. Spring, my ***!

Like the guys are saying- it may as well still be the middle of January here. There's no summer toys on the roads yet either two wheeled or four. I think there was a mention on TV the other day about this being the coldest winter in 20+ years.

I heard a rumour that spring and summer has been cancelled in Canada for this year.

Just saw 2 bikes yesterday on the road... Spring is coming soon. I'll get the beast out on may 1st only. It really doesn't make sence to have so fantastic car and use it only 5 months/year :-((

If someone organise a spring (summer?) meeting around Montreal, I could be there...

Hi Guy-

Now that the election is over, we can concentrate on the important things in life.

If you or any of the Canadians on the board hear of a meet or drive, really any Jag-oriented activity, please drop me a note or post it here. We can make it a sticky to maximize visibility for everyone!

It certainly is a great Winter we're having this Spring.

I'm in for a drive to the GTA for a meet/greet/eat/social run.

Subscribed! lol.

I'm ready for a road trip. post a meet anywhere in the east and I'm there. Assuming the river doesn't rise any higher and I'm not living on an island. Picture from 2010 below

The thaw is on boys... This past sunday was an exceptionally nice day, so I pulled the STR out of storage, brought her home, gave her a wash, did some driving around town to start emptying that tank of its 5 month old gas... I brought it back to its storage unit for the time being, but spring is certainly in the air and I'm thinking of driving it into work tomorrow too...

Almost there guys... cabin fever is about to let off...

It's officially spring in New Brunswick. I had to stop on the highway coming back from Saint John to let a moose cross. BTW who decided we should put the ugly cows on stilts?

Now that the weather appears to have finally crossed that threshold into acceptable, I am now looking at future dates to host a local meet and cruise for the Toronto area members...
