I have already owned my dream car and parted with it much to my regret.

A 1939 RR .Wraith Sports Owner driver Saloon' Ch. No. WXA 25. very long and low, not your typical RR. no division window. all aluminium with s/s running boards.



Built by Rippon Brothers in Leeds U.K. The car was a one off built for the 1939/40 London car show ( Earls court ) When I sold it It had 56.000 mls and was in complete original superb condition, I also had complete documentation.

The car was used in a movie called Gliter dome, filmed in Victoria BC Canada and LA CAL. US. Starring James Garner approx 1983/4. The car never came back to Canada. I received an offer I could not refuse at that time, now I wish I had ,But that was the time before Barrett Jackson. There is a very interesting story on my puchess of this car and ownership if any one is interested I will post it. I no its not a Jaguar, Wish I knew where it was now.?

Now my present Dream cars are the ones I own now, my
2008 Jaguar XKR Two seater Convertible varios mods, including XKR S spoiler,Rear Seat removal, and the new Remote Convertible Top by ( The Jag Wrangular ) only 9000 mls



My other dream car is my 1940 Cadillac coup. Modified ,air suspension all remote controlled,Cadillac 500 engine ,GM turbo auto trans ,(9" ford rear end ) Dakta Digital Gauges. 5000 mls since compleat rebuild. won over 40 trophies in two years plus a Triple crown winner over 700 cars. yes I do drive it ,not a Trailer Queen.

 

I've spent hours now trying to figure out what my dream car is. This contest was too hard!

But here's my thoughts so far:

 

Few dream cars I would add to my garage... Alfa Romeo Sprint Speciale, Ferrari Dino, Ford GT40, Jaguar XJS

Ever since I first laid eyes on a '55 Ford F100 with a V8 grille, I knew I had seen the most beautiful pickup ever produced.

How about this Morgan Plus 8 for a dream car?

 

Don't know why this car has always fascinated me. Perhaps because it's a Ford?
