Trying to get some feedback here about what choices do I have to fix it. I would think a new window from the dealer would cost me an arm and a leg so to me that's not an option. The scratches are about a hair deep. I already tried buffing it by hand using toothpaste but that didn't make a difference. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

 

Maybe get a used window from a junkyard or online?
