ONR (which is not strictly a waterless wash) takes some beating for hassle free (no fannying about with hosepipes) washing.

Umm, well I like the product a lot. I remember using the pinkish purple Meguiars and I didn't like the way the water sat on the car. I use to use Rain X wash and wax then I switched to the Regular Meguiars. Now I use the Ultimate wash and wax. Ive never tried the gold class but you could give it a shot if you'd like.

I've used both Meg's Ultimate, and Gold Class, and I like them both equally. What I do like in the Ultimate over the Gold is the scent.

I use CG Citrus Wash & Gloss. Its great because it produces a lot of suds and minimizes the chance of causing swirl marks. It's also relatively cheap for the quality product you get: 25.99 for 128oz and Detailed Image usually has a 10% off coupon w/ free shipping.

I might give Meguiar's Ultimate a go!

I found Meg Soft Wash gel to be a disappointment. I don't see what's good about it.

I wash on average 1-3 times a week w/ Turtlewax Ice depending on how much I drive that week. In between waxes after washing the car I use Mothers California Show time instant detail.
Entire waxing with Turtle Emerald wax 2-3 times a month
Armor-all cleaning & protection wipes on all the interior ^ on the rubber of the wheels
Keeps em nice and shiny.
A nice clean Jag looks 100+ times better than a dirty Jag IMO

Haha I am sure there are people who keep their Jags cleaner but in Hawaii there are a lot of bad roads & dirty roads, it rains a lot and is usually windy. My car is dirty in 2 days if I go to the other side of the island. I always try to keep a car cover on. That seems to help a lot w/ dust kicked up from the wind

oh that makes sense, california has pretty mellow weather conditions so I could go about 3 weeks with out washing the jag but I love a clean car so every week for me

nope automatic here, I feel like a manual AWD would lead to bad things for me lol. I'd be tempted to do crazy things

I didn't even know x types were all wheel drive. Now I really want one haha
I miss driving manual trans cars. My last was a BMW and it was a blast to drive.

off topic but so you guys know the Manuals in Jags are known to be very weak so you cant shift them hard

Its not the trans that are weak, its the clutch. My tech tells me not to shift it hard or dumping of the clutch.(Dont know why anyone would do that in these cars anway)

He says the clutch would break under those conditions. Otherwise I have had my X for 4 yrs and never had an issue with the manual transmission.
