OEM Wheel Cleaner and Tire Detailer
Anyone ever use OEM Alloy Wheel Cleaner and/or Tire Detailer from the Parts counter at JLR dealership? Yeah/Ney/Don’t? Results?

It is now.
Jaguar Dealers often include some complimentary OEM cleaning products with a new vehicle. We have had the question in older XJ and XK8 forums about a mysterious small elastic strap on the side of the luggage compartment opposite the service wallet strap. When new, there would usually have been a bottle of ' Jaguar Leather Care' in it - good bit of promotion but mystifying to a subsequent owner when the pack has long gone and there's nothing there!
JLR (along with Aston Martin and Bentley) recommend Autoglym products so I expect the Jaguar branded cleaner and detailer are just the same products but custom packaged and with a much bigger price ticket. Nothing wrong with the JLR range and adequate for owners who want their vehicle clean but aren't really into detailing.
I'm enthusiastic but not obsessive. The wheels come off my vehicles twice a year primarily to check treads and inner sidewalls together with suspension and brakes but I do take the opportunity to thoroughly clean them. My preferred cleaning product is Sonax Xtreme Wheel Cleaner which really shifts the dirt and brake dust but doesn't damage the lacquer. I use Autoglym Tye Dressing mainly because I like a matt finish on the rubber (looks more like a new tyre) and a lot of products are too glossy.
