Just wonder if anyone knows anything about the turbo lag and weird shifting on a 2020 epace.

Gooday. I've found with Jags it is less an issue of turbo lag and more one of transmission lag. Try running the car in sport or dynamic modes and see if that improves things. Usually the transmission adapts to your driving style as well, so it you drive enthusiastically for a while you might find it sharpens up. Also dont stomp your foot down in them as they hesitate then kick down too far. It is better to squeeze on the power.

I wouldnt be looking at a bigger turbo. Which engine do you have?
