Dear all, does anyone has had the experience about this problem before, and knew the correct way to recover this issue.

I believe this issue was come up about 4-5 years ago and have several suggestions at that time.

Yes, I had this exact problem on my 19 E pace 250. The dealer installed a brand new water water pump as they thought that was the problem, but one block from the dealer i was locked out of any special modes (I use them all the time).

So I turned around and left it with them for another full day. In the end it was a firmware update issue. They worked with Jaguar directly and by applying the correct combination of software versions it was finally fixed. Took them several days of the car being in the shop. The repair has been holding now for over a year.
