I recently saw a post on another forum that mentioned a “drive around UK programme” at the Jaguar factory. Based on what I could tell in the post, the customer’s E-Type could be picked up at the factory under that programme for a couple of weeks, then it would be shipped to US.

Does anyone have any information about this program? Any photos of the program? Any place online to learn more about the program?

I believe my car was originally delivered to the customer in this way, and I would love to learn more about it.
