Default 4.2 Series ll Timing Chain

Are the timing chain adjusters on a Series ll, 4.2, hydraulically operated?

I can't find any access ports to allow a mechanical adjustment.

Thanks in advance of any and all info supplied.

The lower chain is hydraulically tensioned, with a spring to initially tension it. The upper chain is adjusted via a jockey sprocket accessed via the circular plate on the cylinder head at the front of the engine. There is a special tool to do this. It is important not to tighten the chain too much.

It looks like this: -
