Default Boot lid name plate location

Im sure someone can help me. I recently sent my boot lid into the body/paint shop to have a dent repaired. I ordered a new jaguar logo for the boot lid, but it was back ordered. It arrived after the boot lid was finished, and when it was painted, the location holes were filled and finished. Im looking to find the actual location of logo so I can drill new holes and re-affix it. Possibly the inches off the bottom edge of boot lid? Its a 62 series 1 e.

Default Boot lid nameplate location

I can relate as I had my boot lid skin replaced on my '64 OTS. Too many issues with trying to fill in holes from aftermarket luggage carrier. The horizontal center line for the mounting holes is 7 1/2" from the boot lid rear edge. To locate holes location for drilling, I laid down a strip of paint masking tape. Then marked the tape with centering marks from left to right an top to bottom to center JAGUAR logo. Dabbed a bit of paint on the mounting points on the logo and carefully set the logo in place atop the masking tape. With mounting holes now marked, drilled out holes to accept the logo. Cleaned holes with prep solvent and applied dab of paint to protect exposed metal. Let it dry and applied logo. TaDa! Piece of cake.
