I have a 1968 series 1.5 chassis number 1e16236, built on November 7th 1967. It seems as thought a 3.8 head has been swapped in. I wish to swap it back to a period correct cylinder head. They stopped stamping the engine number on the head near the front, so I think I have to find a cylinder head with the correct casting number. I believe that number is c22200 which is on the combustion side of the head.

Can anyone tell me for sure what the correct casting number for a 1968 (built 11/67) series 1.5 4.2 l engine?
