Default Differences between S1 3.8 and S1 4.2 gauges?

Hello,
Can anyone tell me the differences, if any, between the 4 gauges for a series 1 3.8 e type and a 1966 series 1 4.2.
Thank you
Michael

most common differences are triangular black bezels on early models to rounded shape bezels on later ones, they were all black.
also the face markings changed from numbers to C, ,normal, hot on temp gage and amps to volts on later cars.
there were also differences between the mechanical oil pressure gage being 0 to 100 psi. and 0 to 60 psi on the electric version.
