Finding a new restore shop..Chicagoland or Iowa

First time poster! I have inherited my late fathers 1974 XKE. It has been in a restoration shop since (2018!) Many reasons why, but I called and told them to finish making the car a roller so I can take it somewhere that will make it a priority.

Car was a basket case..had sat for 15 years and the mice ruined it. In the time it was being held hostage at this shop, it got body work, a driver paint job, the engine and clutch rebuilt and put back in the car, and various suspension bits power coated. (waiting for that to be finished so it will roll and go someplace else. The interior is destroyed and needs a complete replace, most electrical ok (supposedly) and needs a new top.

I need to find a new shop to make this a priority in the Chicagoland area, or in Iowa (where I live.) Does anyone have any input?
