Default Has anyone seen this hood emblem before?
What does this hood emblem signify? Trim level? Special Edition? Is it factory or added later? It appears to be painted on this Series 3 XKE convertible.

Not an expert, but I've seen a lot of E-types.....never seen that. Looks like a decal added by an owner.

Certainly nothing that Browns Lane was responsible for. Somebody's coat of arms? Cough...no accounting for taste...cough.
