Looking for RH door mirror for e-type series 1 1/2 coupe
I have just purchased a 1968 e-type LHD series 1 ½ coupe (1E348xx) which is in transit to Australia
This car has a LH door mirror and I wish to procure a matching RH door mirror.
My Jag workshop in the US was unsure of the part number for this mirror, but thought it may be fitted on XJ6.
I do not have a close up photo of the mirror, but have attached is a cut-out that I created from a photo.
The SNG Barratt’s e-type catalogue on page 59 has a diagram of a LH mirror #58 which looks similar and on page 61 lists C30827 as the part number for S2/3. Is this the matching RH mirror number?
Google search also suggested that this part is fitted to Jaguars XJ6. Is this mirror fitted on other Jaguar models or other makes?
Can someone please advise the correct part number and Jaguar models will that match my LH door mirror? Is this part number the complete assembly for the mirror?
I would like to view actual car mirrors in Australia just to be sure!
