Default Rear end or hubs?

I am in a quandary. My 71 rear end does not turn freely. It is up on jack stands the wheels are off and with out the leverage of a breaker bar the hubs will not turn. The parking brake cable is lose the pads are not stuck on the rotors. Everything is new I under there rotors, calipers pads lines etc. To see if it is a hub or the year end I am trying to remove the passenger side half shaft. The bolts holding the shaft are so tight
I cannot break them loose, the best I have been able to do is with the car in gear using a 2 ft breaker bar and extensions together past the body using my whole strength I barely broke loose 3 of the 4. Could this over tightening be part of the problem?
Any ideas?

won't be part of the problem, just tight nuts, i use an induction heating coil to heat nuts & bolts to loosen them up, has to be something else causing the tight turning, is the main drive shaft disconnected?
