Recommendations for Best E Type Series 2 Service and Workshop Manuals and References
Getting into my 70 Roadster project and looking for the best detailed reference sources including on line manuals.
Without hesitation the most valuable manual is the illustrated S2 parts manual by Richard Liggett. There were 5 major changes in the S2 E and if you want to ensure you go the right way purchase one. They are available on line from XKE books but JCNA members get a healthy discount.
Without a doubt the Robert Bentley (publisher) is a combination owner's manual and workshop manual that has helped me more times than I can count over the 33 years that I have owned my E.

I also have a copy of the Haynes manual. This link is from the Haynes site, (out of stock) but there are any number of copies available from Ebay/amazon, etc.
