S3 Fuel pressure low... cause?
Hi all - 1972 E-Type OTS manual here. Jostled sediment recently saw me remove fuel tank and have it stripped (checked clean, actually beautiful inside). New sender and both filters. But now show low fuel pressure - like around 2psi.
Would you guess:
1. obstruction at the new prefilter in tank (jammed on too deep?)
2. One or both pumps weak (sound fine).
3. Return valve weak (do these even fail?)
4. Something else?
