Default Series 2 E Type joins the garage!

I have loved the E Type for as long as I can remember and I finally added one to the garage! As I mentioned in my "member introduction" post, I picked up the car at auction so I know I have some work to do on it. But for now, I have settled this 1969 4.2 liter E Type OTS into the garage and realize the garage is now, 3/8ths British, just like me. The classic lines of the E Type fit right in with all my other favorite designs. Now the learning begins. First up: jack it up and replace anything fluid.

Is that an aircraft hangar you've converted ? Only joking ! I wish I had more room for my cars. E-type looks good.

Thanks Fraser! That car would look good anywhere! But the detached garage is one I had built when we built our house a few years ago. I got tired of keeping my cars in a warehouse where I couldn't get to them on a moment's notice.

I don't have so many cars, (although I wish !!), but even so, I have to lodge-out my MG Midget at my mother's house. Fortunately she lives only 4 miles away. The TF is in my own garage and the rest have to camp-out on the driveway.
