Default Tis Pumpkin Season

Sorry for the pun. I could not help myself.

Seriously, what color is the pumpkin supposed to be on a 1967 E-Type OTS? Oddly enough I have seen some that are actually pumpkin orange. Did Jaguar have a sense of humor?

The differentials on early E-type came from the unit’s manufacturer painted with a dark burnt-orange (almost red) paint. Jaguar then slapped some black paint over the orange. The black paint often flaked off, so you’ll see some differentials that are black, some are orange and some are a combination of both.
