Default The Aggravation of Painting

So, I loaned by brother a bit of money awhile back, and he still owes me some. Back in February I told my brother that I want the roof of my car painted for my birthday in late April. I just asked him to have the money ready to have the car painted in the last week of March, a month before my birthday, and a car show that I'm going to enter (just for fun, I don't plan on winning anything). He bought the paint 2-3 weeks ago, and it was supposed to be painted last weekend (March 25). Didn't happen, the painter couldn't do it or something, so it was going to happen this weekend (April 1). I finally met the painter today. He seems like an okay guy, been painting for 8-10 years or so, he's going to blend the paint and everything.

I think I should have just gotten a few quotes and had this done myself at a local body shop. It's such a huge headache. Now, we'll be going into paint April 8th! We're over 3 weeks behind schedule. If money wasn't already invested in the paint, I'd go out and get this done myself.
