I would love to answer some questions that have been brought up so that you can know more about our company and our HID conversion Kits.

1.) Flickering issue: ***Let's recap that we have a special wiring that bypasses the computer and the power to the HID so that the electric flow is more stable therefore no flickering will occur.

2.) What all does your 2 year waranty cover? *** The 2 year warranty covers all kits and it's parts, so if you ever encounter any parts that either dies out or defective, we will replace them for you, no questions ask. (eg. if your bulb dies out, send us back the bad bulb, we send another good one out to you)

3.) How long have you been in business? *** We have been in business for 6 years and since we own our own manufacturer, we guarantee quality and are able to give you the lowest price and one stop customer service without any middleman.

Here is an example of our HID installed in a Halogen housing, the car is a 2000 Infiniti I30. The beam pattern is clean and does not scatter like other hid kits, and the projection area of visibility is similar just brighter so you can see better. Thanks~

P.S. beam may vary slighty upon different vehicles such as (YR make model and height, for examples for trucks or SUVs, the cutoff may be higher)

I have a 2002 X Type Sport. It has Xenons already. Are my headlights Bi-Xenon? If not I'll need those.

What do I need to convert the fogs to Xenon?

Thanks. I've driven VW/Audi/Bmw for 16 years and have no clue about Jags. Trying to learn as much as I can quickly.

I recently made a purchase from HIDextra.com and the connectors do not connect to my factory 2006 Jaguar X Type 3.0, I ordered the H1 at 6000K please contact me as soon as possible

 

i have ordered 3 sets from them, and all worked out perfect.

The plugs you refer too may need to be wired in. This is something that happens with some cars. Not everything can be plug and play all the time.

 

Hey when you ordered your HID bulbs from them, was it plug and play in your 03' STR? Meaning did you just have to take off your STock HID bulbs and replace them with the HID bulbs you bought from HIDextra.com??
