Removing Chrome Door Trim
Please pardon the redundancy if this question was posed before.
I just bought a 2007 X-Type (no pics posted since it's been in the service lane getting inspected and what not) with the chrome trim stuck on the black door/window finish (the glossy part). I don't know if I really like it or not so I would like to know if removing them would mess up the glossy finish.
Also, the glossy finish...how is it mounted onto the door? Is it riveted on?
