According to this video, it does come with engine cover. Though I've seen F-Pace SVR at the dealer that didn't have one. I don;t think it will not make any difference if the car have one. It;s purely for cosmetic purposes. Though it may reduce engine noise, but without the cover it will imrpve engine cooling system
