Hey slojotaa - -

Very eloquently put, my friend. Could not agree more with all your spot on observations. And, for BigCat09.......all I can tell you is my BT is finally back on line and functioning appropriately.

Is there voice input on the NAV now? Also, will it read e-mails/texts?
We traded in a 2014 X5M Sport on a F-Pace S. What I noticed immediately was the road noise level in the F-Pace was greatly reduced over the X5. After the software upgrade we have had no issues with the infotainment system and really love this new addition to our Jaguar stable.

Just dropped ours off at service for the same issue today. Had a convention in Columbus OH and was stuck on the Chill channel for 3 straight days....I'm so relaxed now, I can barely type this.

But seriously, I didn't just pay $56,000 to be stuck on one Sirius channel. If they come back with "sorry, we can't duplicate the issue", I'm going to loose it. My wife and I travel twice a month for conventions (about 20 a year) & was the main reason we purchased this Prestige diesel.

Crossing finger for a quick fix today

Anyone know when the next update is coming, I heard a rumor it was end of March but JLR nor the dealer know when its coming?

Also I have the latest updates but my car is still having lots of SW problems and I hope they can get this fixed soon. I haven't been able to use the remote start or any remote features in 3 full months. They blame it on the iPhone 7 so I went and bought an Android and still the same thing and now they are ducking me.

I have faith they will come thru for me but I hope it is sooner than later before I move onto another brand.

Two things on this.....
1) - I hear it is March, last I checked and not released yet.
2) - I have the latest and night and day vs. prior systems/updates, and clearly passable for me on the road to the awaited mother of all updates.

They have given this serious attention, and passed my sniff test for "being on it" to my satisfaction. All that is left is finalizing it and delivering it to us from what I understand.

Remember, it could be above 115f inside the cabin on a hot day.

Start your car first using remote application and run the Jag for 5 to 10 minutes with 64 degrees cooling. Also, use a windshield cover to keep the heat out of the vehicle. Doing this process will ensure several things occur. First, your cabin will be pleasant, the infotainment system will boot up, and your Jag will be ready for takeoff!

Best regards
Any photo or viideo to access to the infotainment system?
