F Peace 2018 won't start after remove trunk the car

Hi ALl ,
need help me for My Car Peace 2018 after remove the trunk car not start again and ignition off and everything down but i can reading car via OBD

any one help me if car locked anything or how i can solve this issue ..

I'm not familiar with the F-Pace, but if the battery is located at the back, you might have disturbed the connections. Check battery connections if loose, if it is, tighten it.
