Hi All,

My wife has a 2017 35t Prestige that is currently in the shop for its 3 yr service. My wife has complained that only the top half of the steering wheel gets warm and the bottom half remains at ambient. Can anyone, with a similar configuration, confirm that the full wheel surface should be heated?

As a side note: On my XJ the heating would trip out if I turned the wheel more than 30 deg. Jaguar replaced the whole wheel under warranty.

Problem solved. Jaguar are replacing the entire wheel under warranty.
