Two ways to get JEPC (Jaguar Electronic Parts Catalogue):
1. subscribe to Jaguar TOPIx
This is the Dealer portal to Jaguar diagnostics, documents and parts but is also available for anyone prepared to pay. Expensive but everything is there and constantly updated:

2. buy an offline copy on DVD or ISO download
All these are originally downloaded from TOPIx and are not updated. Here's an example listed on ebay UK
