Mid March was my first full year with the SVR. I'm not surprised that it puts a smile on my face every time I drive it. It reminds so much of my previously owned F Type R convertible I bought new in 2016 but had to let it go in 2018 due to vehicle requirements changing. This SVR was a Jaguar courtesy vehicle and had 4K miles when I bought. I'm at almost 13K now with no issues. It came with a CPO warranty so I'm covered for a while. I took it in for its first service under my ownership a few weeks ago and the dealership did a great job. I traded a 2019 Silverado LTZ Z51 crew cab for it as my need for a large truck went away. My list of SUV choices was limited as the primary requirements were V8 and RWD based AWD platform. My other candidates were:
Chevy Tahoe - Too big. Made no sense to give up the Silverado
Caddy Escalade - same reason as above
Dodge Durango Hellcat - One year only and impossible to find at MSRP
BMW X5M - More than I wanted to shell out
Porsche Cayenne Turbo S - same as above
The Jaguar checked all of the boxes. I got retail trade in on the Silverado and I could sell the SVR tomorrow for $3K more than I paid for it. WIN-WIN!!!
Beautiful car. IMHO, this is most gorgeous SUV out there in it's class. BTW, the car wax you used did a spectacular job in enhancing the red color.
Thanks. Liquid Armour ceramic. Getting ready to redo it with a graphene ceramic. Unfortunately, it has to stay outside as I only have a 2 car garage and the Corvettes own the space.
I am fortunate to have a '20 F Type R Coupe and a '20 F Pace SVR, and I try not to compare them to each other. The F Type R is more fun, more stylish, and noisier (in a good way.) The F Pace SVR is more practical, and a beautiful, sporty SUV.
