Hello, I am currently looking to purchase a F-Pace 2018-19 ish 25T AWD around 45 000KMs or 25 000 Miles. I love the look and everything about the car but however I have seen a lot of controversies about this car and the reliability online. I would like to have some advice and feedback from owners about the car and if I'm looking to buy a second hand car what are the things to look out for?

When I was researching on the web for my XF, I read positive reviews of this car. It has the same engine as yours. It has 32K & has no problems at all. The most popular issue I read regarding this car are the electrical issues (they call it on the web, electrical gremlins) which I never experienced. To be truthful, I'm not fun of tech gadgets, so I seldom used most the standard equipments that came with this car. That is why, ("I think"), I don't get the electrical issues at all. The modern cars being sold today are equipped with high tech gadgets. The more gadgets to it, the more problems it will cause,.
The F-Pace you are buying is the most popular Jaguar, as I've seen them "almost" everyday on the road and it has a 5 yr/ 60K miles warranty (just like mine) here in the states
To finalize it all, If you drive like you want to keep the car forever & take good care of it, it will serve you well. But if you drive it like you stole it, it will be a money pit to you.

 

We bought our 2019 F-Pace in 2020, have put on 17k miles (total 30k) and have had zero issues. The ride is firm and comfortable, size is great with four people and adequate storage. Our F-Pace is a rare 30T, we have yet to see another one. If your in the market go enjoy the Jag you won't regret it!
